The Inner Circle is the formation Sovereign Synthesis was built around. It is not a course. It is not a community. It is a working group of one hundred sovereign architects who have committed to running the doctrine, contributing to the framework, and licensing the architecture in their own domains.
Membership is application only. The Tier 6 Sovereign Integration Document is the application. Architects who make the cut are admitted; the rest receive a complete debrief and an open path back when ready.
